Wiredzone is a national reseller of high quality computer products and services. Our team of professionals has over 18 years of experience in the computer industry. We initiated our operations in 1998 by establishing trustworthy relationships with our customers and strategic business partnerships with the industry’s top computer manufacturers. During our first year, Wiredzone became the number one choice for custom built computers and name brand hardware for many consultants, resellers and integrator in the South Florida area. We expanded our product lines and services to help fulfill a lacking need in the market for affordable high quality computer hardware.

In 1999 we launched our storefront web site that was an immediate success with a varied of features such as advanced product search, detail technical information, secure transactions and complete account history. With a commitment to better customer service, we added enhanced functionality such as the ability to save and retrieve shopping carts, online product return process and computer systems customization tools.

At Wiredzone, our customers are number one priority. We listen to our customers very carefully because we understand they are the pillars of our business. Our ultimate goal is to tailor a solution that will meet their specific needs and help them achieve an excellent overall experience. Our web site was designed to offer easy access to our products. Please follow the steps below to place your order.

Choosing the Products

• Browse the category menu on the left (found on most pages).
• Click on any product link on the front page.
• Use Wiredzone's search feature. The easiest and fastest way to find anything in our store. The search box is located at the top left side of all pages. You can search products by name, model, manufacturer, keywords or Wiredzone's part number.
After you locate the item you wish to order, you can click on the product link or picture for more details about the product, then you may click on "Add to Cart" button to add the product to your shopping cart.

Managing your Shopping Cart

• To view your Shopping Cart, click on the Shopping Cart link at any time, located on the top menu bar of our web site.
• To modify the quantity you want to purchase, change the quantity number of products listed and click on the "update cart" button. Note: The default quantity for each item is 1.
• To remove an item from your Shopping Cart, change the quantity of that item to "0" and click on the "update cart" link or simply click on the remove button located next to each item listed.

Processing your Order

1. Once you have finalized your product selection, proceed to checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button, also located on the top menu bar of our web site (next to Shopping Cart).
2. Next, if you have not yet logged in with your account username or email and password, you will be prompted to do so. If you do not have a Wiredzone account, you will need to create one. Click on Create Account on the top menu bar to.
3. After you have logged in to your Wiredzone account, you will be asked to review your current information available to us. If a second address was specified at the time of registration for shipping purposes, you will be able to choose between either addresses to have the order shipped to.
4. Next, you will need to select one of the delivery options.
5. Next, you will be prompted with the payment information.
6. If all information is correct, click on "Submit Order" button.
7. After clicking on "Submit Order" button, you will be given an order number and the option to print your order. In addition, we will send a confirmation of your order via email.
