In the event of a typographical error resulting in incorrect product
pricing information or error in pricing received from our suppliers,
Wiredzone shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed
for the product with incorrect price.
Wiredzone shall have the right to refuse or cancel such order whether
or not the order has been confirmed and payment received from customer.
Wiredzone will credit customer's account pertaining the wrong priced
product and such credit might be refunded to customer within 10 business
days or used against other purchases.

Customer agrees to pay the full amount specified on the invoice.
Payment for the products listed on the Order is due
upon shipment, except for custom configurations, which may require a deposit
or payment in full when order is placed. All prices listed on Wiredzone web site are FOB Miami, FL and quoted in
U.S. Dollars.

Wiredzone accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards issued in the U.S. and accepts American Express cards issued abroad.
Wiredzone does not charge customer's credit card for a products until
it is ready to ship. Please provide the exact billing address and
telephone number information as your credit card bank has on file
for you. Incorrect billing information can cause delay in processing
your order. To ship order to a different address other than the credit card billing address,
customer must call the credit card company and add the shipping address. Please contact
our Customer Service Department after you have added the shipping address.
- Bank Wire-Transfers:
Orders are released upon bank confirmation of wire transfer.
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the wire transfer to clear.

Wiredzone stands behind every product it sells. If we have made a mistake,
we will correct it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you
purchased from Wiredzone, we will accept back any non-defective or unopened products
for credit or refund as long as they are in re-sellable condition,
complete with all manuals, documentation, cables, blank warranty card,
accessories, software CD and within 25 days from date of invoice. Opened software, open printer cartridges,
open toners, plasma TVs, photo camera flashes are among the items that do not qualify for return.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Wiredzone will not credit/refund shipping and handling fees.
If an item is qualified for FREE SHIPPING then the corresponding shipping cost will be deducted from credit or refund amount.

Our prices are updated at least once a day and these are the final
prices at the time of purchase. We will not make price adjustments
if an order has already been shipped. If an item is set with promotional
price while the customer has an open order for that item, please send
your price update request to our Sales and Customer Service prior to shipment.
Your receipt of any type of confirmation concerning an order placed
at Wiredzone.com does not necessarily mean the acceptance of your order,
nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Wiredzone
reserves the right at any time to accept or decline any order for any
reason. All orders received for over $ 2,000.00 (Two thousand) U.S.
Dollars must be approved by the Credit Department prior to shipment. The Credit Department may require additional information and verification before accepting any orders.
Wiredzone reserves the right to limit the number of units available per order and per customer.
Wiredzone reserves the right to cancel any order at it's own discretion.
For all refused shipments, customer will be charged all freight and handling charges, except for DOA (Damaged on Arrival).
In case of a DOA, please refuse shipment and contact our customer representatives at 1-888-343-1311 or contact us
at Sales and Customer Service.
Wiredzone would not be liable should the customer order the wrong product. We try to provide the technical
specification and manufacturers part number information so that the customer can make the right selection.
All international orders must be consolidated and shipped from our Miami warehouse. If a product on your order is located on any of our other warehouses throughout the US, it will take between 1 to 5 business days for the product to arrive in Miami, depending on its location. If customer wishes to expedite this domestic shipping an additional fee may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, if this is the case.
Wiredzone.com does not estimate or charge for custom duties and taxes. Our shipping rates do not include any custom duties and taxes. Customer is responsible for all custom duties and taxes.

In case of a change in this terms and condition, Wiredzone will
notify customer 30 (Thirty) days before the change is to become
effective. If customer does not agree to the new change, customer
must notify Wiredzone prior to placing new orders. In case customer
places a new order using the terms account after the effective date
of the change shall be deemed acceptance of the new terms.
