All products sold by Wiredzone can be returned within 25 days after purchase, unless otherwise specified in the product's page.
All returns are subject to the following:
- All returning products must have a RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) number, any return
without an RMA number will NOT be accepted. It will be refused and returned to the customer at customer's
expense.
- Customer must request the RMA number within 25 days from the date the order was shipped. After 25 days customer
must contact the manufacturer or warranty provider directly.
- RMA numbers are valid for 10 days only, meaning the returning product must be shipped by customer and received
by Wiredzone within 10 days. RMA numbers will not be extended or re-issued.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns for refund.
- Products that have been opened can not be returned for refund, only for repair or replacement. Wiredzone
is not responsible for product incompatibility and/or if customer ordered the incorrect product.
- Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of all returned products, including shipping back to Wiredzone.
- If a product is Free Shipping, the refund amount will be less the cost of shipping the item to you.
- Wiredzone is not responsible for factory defects and/or products incompatibilities.
- No Refunds will be issued to Custom Configurations or products ordered especially for you.
- All SUPERMICRO products are subject to 15% restocking fee.
Some products are Non-Returnable, including all products from the following categories:
- MEDIAS - CD,CDR/RW,DVD-RAM/RW,FLOPPY/ZIP DISKS,BACK-UP TAPE,etc.
- PRINTER SUPPLIES/CONSUMABLE - TONERS,CARTRIDGES,RIBBONS,PAPERS,etc.
- PROJECTOR ACCESSORIES - REPLACEMENT LAMPS,LENS,etc.
- CAMERA ACCESSORIES - FLASH ADAPTORS,BATTERIES,LENS,etc.
- MONITOR ACCESSORIES - FILTERS.
International Customers Returns
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs TO and FROM customer's international location. Wiredzone will do
everything possible to help you minimize the cost of a replacement, however Wiredzone will not be responsible for any costs
including VAT and custom duties and taxes.
