How to Return a Product ? |
- Please go to our contact page, send an email to our Returns Department requesting a return.
- Once you submit your return request our RMA department will email you the RMA number and
instructions to return the product.
- Please pack the product inside its original box along with any accessory
such as manual, CD, registration card, etc., then carefully pack the original box within
a shippable box, please do not use the product original box as the shipping box.
- Follow the instructions of the RMA email to complete your return.
We recommend customers to use services from UPS or FedEx as they provide tracking numbers. Customer is responsible
for the return shipment. Please keep the tracking number with you until the return product is received by Wiredzone.
All returns for refund are subject to 15% restocking
fee.
