How to Exchange a Product ? |
To exchange a product for another you need to return the product you have first. In some cases we could arrange a cross-shipment.
- Please click here to send an email to the RMA department. Please describe details about the products' problem or reason for return.
- Once you submit your return request our RMA department will email you the RMA number and
instructions to return the product.
- Please pack the product inside its original box along with any accessory
such as manual, CD, registration card, etc., then carefully pack the original box within
a shippable box, please do not use the product original box as the shipping box.
- Follow the instructions of the RMA email to complete your return.
Once we receive the product back we will send you the product you request
in exchange. If there is any difference in price we will either refund or
charge you the difference. All returns for exchange are subject to 15% restocking
fee.
