In 1999 we launched our storefront web site that was an immediate success with a varied of features such as advanced product search, detail technical information, secure transactions and complete account history. With a commitment to better customer service, we added enhanced functionality such as the ability to save and retrieve shopping carts, online product return process and computer systems customization tools.

Choosing the Products
Locate the item(s) you wish to buy by using any of the following methods:

Managing your Shopping Cart
To view your Shopping Cart, click on the Shopping Cart link at any time, located on the top menu bar of our web site.
To modify the quantity you want to purchase, change the quantity number of products listed and click on the "update cart" button. Note: The default quantity for each item is 1.
To remove an item from your Shopping Cart, change the quantity of that item to "0" and click on the "update cart" link or simply click on the remove button located next to each item listed.
Processing your Order
Once you have finalized your product selection, proceed to checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button, also located on the top menu bar of our web site (next to Shopping Cart).
Next, if you have not yet logged in with your account username or email and password, you will be prompted to do so. If you do not have a Wiredzone account, you will need to create one. Click on Create Account on the top menu bar to.
After you have logged in to your Wiredzone account, you will be asked to review your current information available to us. If a second address was specified at the time of registration for shipping purposes, you will be able to choose between either addresses to have the order shipped to.
Next, you will need to select one of the delivery options.

If all information is correct, click on "Submit Order" button.
After clicking on "Submit Order" button, you will be given an order number and the option to print your order. In addition, we will send a confirmation of your order via email.

Most products sold by Wiredzone may be returned within 25 days from the
invoice date. Invoices are issued on the day the order is shipped to customer.
Products which may not be returned are listed under the NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
- All product returns must have a RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization)
number before it will be accepted by Wiredzone. Any returned product without an
RMA number will NOT be accepted. It will be refused and/or returned to the
customer at customer's expense.
- Customer must request the RMA number within 25 days from the invoice date.
After 25 days customer must contact the manufacturer or warranty provider
directly for warranty services.
- RMA numbers are valid for 10 days only, meaning the returning product must
be shipped by customer and received by Wiredzone within 10 days. RMA numbers
will not be extended or re-issued. If a product is received with an expired RMA
number, the product will be shipped back to customer at customer’s expense.
- Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of all returned products.
RETURN FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
- Products not purchased from Wiredzone will be refused and returned back to
customer at customer’s expense.
- Products with a tempered, damaged, altered, missing or otherwise unreadable
serial number will be refused and returned back to customer at customer’s

RETURN FOR CREDIT OR REFUND
- A 15% re-stocking fee applies to all returns for refund or credit when the original payment method was not an American Express card.*

- Opened products or products showing signs of use will not be accepted back
for refund, only store credit. Product must still be in resalable condition for

- A DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) product may be returned for store credit or
repair/replacement only, not for refund. Otherwise a 15-18% re-stocking fee will apply.
- Returned products that are missing accessories including but not limited to,
manuals, CD, cables, registration form, original packing, documentation,
warranty card, UPC code and all other items originally included with the product
will not be accepted for credit and will be returned back to customer at

Any product returned to Wiredzone not in resalable condition will be returned
to customer at customer’s expense. If a product cannot be deemed resalable and
is sent back to the customer and customer refuses a returned product shipment,
or returns the product a second time without Wiredzone’s prior authorization,
the customer agrees to relinquish all rights and title to and waives all claims
against Wiredzone for credit charges related to such product(s).
REPAIR SERVICE BEYOND MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
In the event customer voids the warranty of the product for any reason or in
the event the warranty has expired and customer needs repair service, customer
may submit a request for repair to Wiredzone. If the product is repairable we
will prepare an estimate and email customer for approval. A repair fee will

In the event customer enters the shipping address incorrectly or misspells it
in our system and a shipping address correction is required, then customer
agrees to the $10 address correction charged by FedEx or UPS.
LARGE QUANTITY ORDERS
We are always happy to receive large orders. However please note that all
orders for quantity of 10 or more of any product on the same invoice are
automatically non-refundable. So please make sure the product meets your
requirements before submitting your order.
Our website is updated frequently with new products and price information.
Stock availability and price change constantly throughout the day. At the time
of ordering, customer agrees to the listed price. Wiredzone will not adjust the
price of a product or refund any difference after the order has shipped. However
if customer notifies Wiredzone of any price change prior to shipment we will be
happy to adjust the price for customer.
INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
Wiredzone strives to ship all orders complete and as accurate as possible.
However should customer receive shipment with any missing accessory or component
of a product or should the received product be not as advertised, customer must
submit a claim for correction online within 48hrs of receiving the shipment.
Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of any possible remedy from
DEAD PIXEL POLICY
The standard pixel policy is the same among all major LCD monitor and
notebook manufacturers. A monitor or notebook must meet the criteria of having
at least 8 dead pixels before it can be submitted for repair or replacement. An
abnormal pixel is defined by the dot(s) on the screen that appears with
distinctive color, such as red, black, white, blue or green.
An order cannot be cancelled while in-transit to customer. Shipments that are
refused without prior authorization from Wiredzone, or that are returned to us
because of incomplete or invalid address, are subject to restocking fee
plus non-deliverable shipping and handling fees.
When the shipping carrier (FedEx or UPS) arrives at customer’s location for
delivery of the shipment, customer must inspect the content immediately and
refuse shipment at any sign of physical damage.
Wiredzone is not responsible for product incompatibility. Please make sure to

How to Return
Before submitting your request to return a product please make sure your
return complies with our Returns Policy .
To initiate the return process you must contact our RMA department using
our online contact form and request RMA #. Once we receive the request we will
process it and email you the instructions for shipping the product back to
Wiredzone. Please note it may take up to 72 hours for your request to be
processed and the RMA email to be sent.
You must use a sturdy shippable box to pack the returning product,
please DO NOT use the product’s original box as the shipping box. Failed to
comply may result in a damaged product and it will not be accepted by

Shipping to an address other than the address on the RMA email will delay your

We work with UPS, Fedex and the United States Postal Service. Our shipping costs are, most of the time, calculated based on the product's weight and destination address. For large items, the dimension will also affect the rate.

warehouses located throughout United States or directly by the manufacturer of the product. As a
result, no one can get your orders to you as fast as we can!
These are the availability status you will see on our website:
- In Stock - Product is in stock and
it will ship within 24 hours. Wiredzone will do it's best to ship the order on
the same day if it's placed before 4:00pm EST. You will be notified via email.
- BTO- Ships within 48 hrs - These
are BTO (Built To Order) systems. They usually ship within 48 hrs.
- Special Order - This product will
be shipped directly from the manufacturer (Drop-Ship).
- No Stock - Most products usually
ship within one week. This means that currently the product is not in our stock,
however we act fast to prioritize ordering the product so we can ship your order
as soon as possible.
Wiredzone tries it's best to ship all orders placed by 4:00pm EST on the same
