The 3Com Router 3036 provides all of the components needed to give remote office and tele-workers secure, cost-effective access to the Internet or corporate networks over an Ethernet connection or a separate broadband modem connection. The router includes a four-port switch for local LAN connections. The 64MB DRAM, 8MB flash memory, and operating software support a full complement of routing, integrated security, and quality of service features required by todays remote office. As this router is equipped with a full complement of memory and routing functionality, there are no hardware, memory or software upgrades required or available - everything a business needs is included with the base system.
