The HLFB 325L Unit Is A Pre Integrated System Comprising The Following Components: One Intel HLB 325 Baseboard: This Baseboard Is Designed To Accommodate Multiple Accelerator Cards. Eight Intel Gaudi 3 HL 325L OAM Mezzanine Cards: These Are The Actual AI Accelerators (GPUs) That Provide The Massive Compute Power For Deep Learning And Generative AI Workloads.

The HLFB-325L is an integrated AI accelerator subsystem built around the Intel Gaudi 3 architecture. It combines one HLB-325 baseboard with eight Gaudi 3 HL-325L mezzanine accelerator modules, pre-validated as a single subsystem to simplify high-volume server integration. Designed for large-scale AI training and inference, the platform provides high compute throughput, large HBM memory capacity, and high-speed Ethernet-based scale-out networking for data center AI infrastructure.
